Unprofeesional nonresponsive service always needs improvement. Responding to customers could be very helpful. There are no excuses for lack of customer service skills.

I have been trying to get on the schedule for over 6 weeks to have someone come out and fix the caulk that was replaced around my bathtub. I’ve been calling and have been told that Mark has my file and will call me back to schedule an appointment. I’ve not heard back and when I call again I get the same story. My file is very small so I can’t assume it’s taking this long to review the file. The caulk has holes in it, and while I can fix it myself, I paid to have it done and it should be done correct. Used for many years starting many , many years ago . Trusted and loved the service . Owner and family wonderful .
I used MFP for a toilet with an internal leak...it was running constantly. The service was fast and efficient. I was told in advance about the various options and possible costs; the fix was relatively simple, so the cost was low, and the work was done quickly. The workplace was left in pristine condition, and the staff was courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Mark and his crew have taken care of my home for 20 years. They always solve the problem - often going above and beyond to make sure things are right.
