They have the best veterinarians by far!!! My boy is reactive/aggressive to other dogs and very protective of me when it comes to people. They made accommodations for him so that it would be a successful trip to the vet. They went above and beyond to take care of my boy. They were very understanding of his breed (German Shepherd) and were absolutely amazing! My family's pet Doctor is honestly the best vet clinic , I have ever gone too ! My dog was extremely sick and at first I had no idea what was wrong with him . I thought it was just a terrible stomach flu. Dr. Maichel immediately recommended an X-ray and sure enough my dog had chewed up and swallowed a toy . Having my dog undergo two surgeries was so tough but Dr.Maichel and her awesome staff assured me they would do everything they could to save my dog . Our dog has been coughing for several weeks. We took him to the Vet in Phoenix and after several visits got just relief from a great deal of money. We took him to My family Pet Doctor and he was given a blood test that indicated Valley Fever, not a common affliction here. The test and office visit were considerably less than the Phoenix Dr. and they even called around to get the best price for his meds. I can't say enough about the care for both fur babies and their owners shown in this office!

This is the best vet I have ever been too, they are compassionate , understanding and have done everything in their power to take care of my furfooted family member. Will never take my furfooted members any where's else. Highly recommend My Family's Pet Doctor, The Dalles Oregon.

We've been taken our cats & dogs to 'My family pet Doctor' for eight years now. They've always been professional, caring and taken excellent care of our fur babies. Their fees are very reasonable and they work very hard to accommodate our needs. There's absolutely no reason to go anywhere else!

My Family's Pet Dr. is by far the most skillful, knowledgeable, honest, compassionate and caring veterinary clinic I have ever known. I have never felt so completely confident entrusting my precious little companions' lives and health into anyone else's care the way I do with them. Their love for their patients and their patients owners is shown by every member of the staff along with their commitment to excellence and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. The staff here is always so wonderful and friendly. I have ferrets and so if they have something they don't know they go the mile to find out or find somewhere that will have the answers.

MY FAMILY'S PET DOCTOR, IS THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY ARE JUST WONDERFUL! DR. MAICHELS & THE STAFF CARE LIKE & TREAT MY *JINJIR* & I LIKE FAMILY! I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY *JINJIR* ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
