Staff are friendly and personable, the sitting area is comfortable, and my doctor is always understanding and thorough. Highly recommend for everyone. They also do walk in clinic which is great if you need something right away. Also love that I can book my appointments online instead of calling in.
I have never seen a clinic so rude and distasteful in my 60yrs of life. I do not know even where to start but I would not even recommend taking a family member there let alone a mouse. STAY AWAY!
Checked in for my 2:55 appointment at 2:45. Sat in the waiting room till 415. Then said sorry I have to leave now. They said “who are you?” I said I checked in with YOU and have been sitting here in front of you for an hour and half waiting to see my doctor. “Oh we forgot to check you in”. Unbelievable.
I had a very disappointing experience at this family doctor clinic. The doctors here seem to lack basic communication skills. Instead of listening to the patient or explaining what the actual issue might be, they make false assumptions and accusations. I came in with real pain, hoping for proper medical help and a clear diagnosis. Instead, I was simply offered painkillers to “calm the pain for now,” without any effort to understand what was actually wrong.
