I originally started coming here for Kaleigh, an amazing NP who provided attentive care. Since my transition to Dr. Lin, however, the experience has become transactional and rushed. It feels as though the practice now prioritizes high patient volume and cosmetic procedures over quality medical care. Update: 01/29/2026 I wasn’t able to come to this office for ages because of life, insurance, etc. we all know how it is. I finally got to see Dr Lin after a LONG time. It’s day and night compared to the primary care I had to deal these years when I wasn’t coming here. I feel so blessed to have her on my side again, it’s been a horror show without her (The stories I got) Today’s visit had me feeling like a human again and not another number. She was amazing—she really listened, treated my situation like it mattered, and made sure everything was marked urgent so I could still get my endoscopy/colonoscopy done the next morning. Dr. Lin is amazing, very nice! Waiting time is reasonable, staff is friendly!
We love Dr. Randi! She’s very personable, relaxed, and easy to talk to. I never feel rushed at my visits with her. The entire office staff is just as great too; everyone is friendly & welcoming every visit. It’s rare to find a doctor and team who make you feel this comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Randi and this office!
