They are very unprofessional concerning responses to customers. Stephani was super nice during my first appointment, and I had no complaints until I tried to set up an appt for an entire week by contacting both the owner and the other number they give you-still no response. Apparently I’m not the only one who has had this problem too so. How do they expect you to come back and be a loyal customer if they don’t respond ?????
Best thing I've ever done for myself!!! Love my lashes! Stephanie is the best! Very knowledgeable and gentle. Definitely recommend My Eyelash Studio to everyone!
Have tried for two weeks to contact for an appointment, doesn't return Facebook messages, phone calls or texts. Not great for a business when a new client is reaching out to schedule.
Started out as a pleasant experience, but they set an appointment and didn’t show or txt I tried to reach them several times and no response very unprofessional don’t waste your time
