Unfortunately, my experience with this eye center was disappointing. The staff was not helpful, and not eager to answer any of my questions. Plus, I did not receive all that I paid for. I've managed a store, and if I sensed that my employee displayed signs of dreading to come into work, I would have fired them. Wish I waited for an appointment to be available at the original eye exam center I was intending to visit instead of going to this one.

One star is too high for this location. The one in Cedar park was way better. The staff was unwelcoming when I arrived. I filled out everything online to get checked in faster but they still had me fill out paper documents. I had to call my insurance company for details of my vision plan for 40 min past my appointment and they kept interrupt my call to make me do it a different way. In the end I didn't get glasses from them after they were talking about me in a different language. I love myeyelabs but hate this location.

Needed a simple repair on my sunglasses. Came in and was out of there in about 5 minutes.
