DO NOT GO TO THE OFFICE IN BOWlING GREEN KY! I was given the wrong prescription and paid $80 for it. No insurance self pay. I received the prescription from EYELAB and bought the glasses at Visionworks. When I picked up the glasses at Visionworks the prescription from EYELAB way off. After paying another $80 at Visionworks the prescription they gave me was perfect. I have been using this company for years. The service is great and the staff is very knowledgeable. They make you feel like a person not just an insurance number.Â
Had a great experience; welcomed upon entry. I asked if they could fix my glasses and they promptly helped, explaining the steps and answering questions I had. Thank you Michelle and Ren (there was a third person but I didn’t catch her name) for the great and friendly service.Â
The only thing this place is good for is an eye exam and thats being nice. Highly suggest finding another place to get your glasses from. Especially, if you are a truck driver and need them ASAP. I was told about 2 to 3 weeks, but most likely 2 week. Well, they canceled them and did not let me know. They reordered them yesterday the 22nd. Only found out after i went to their website to check the status and called. So basically it takes them over a month to get you glasses. I'm going to end up having to go take my prescriptio... read more
