A top-flight management company. The My Dwelling people, Mark and Danielle, have always been friendly, courteous and professional in working with me and my condo. I appreciate their responsiveness and follow through. Highly recommend them! Especially for those looking for that something extra for higher end condos.
Horrible Management company, hired to manage 16 premium river condos and watch the neighborhood turn downhill with incomplete projects, unproffessional management and leadership. After asking for explanations for the hack job band aid fixes they walked off the job. They hired a company that allows 15 year old children to do work on your property and not have the proper insurance coverage to protect the homeowner.
