I've been to this office multiple times and never had any issues with the care. Today I went in and the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, along with the medical assistant being super friendly! My issue was with my physician, she looked as though she was in regular day clothes but this wasn't my problem, she entered the room with poor manor. She didn't knock or say hello, she simply handed me a referral and said she couldn't help me if I wasn't actively experiencing my medical issue, and then simply left the room.... read more
I had previously given a 5 star review but after the service my daughter received today I will not be going back. Bed side manner of the Physician assistant Pauline is lacking 100% no introduction was not given any opportunity to ask about a new symptom. Completely rude and unprofessional waste of time and money today.... RUN AWAY if she is the PA your assigned.
My provider was Patrick Lamb. He was thorough and did a great job at helping me figure out what was going on with my hand. My MA was Blanca. She was pleasant and asked me questions and updated my file. Nick was at the front desk. he is always so pleasant and accommodating with a friendly smile.
Always have appointments available or walk in. Fast and friendly service very knowledgeable drs.
