I came here with my wife and I loved that the guy just let us shop and look at everything. When we were ready we asked him questions and he was super knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t try to sell us anything and took his time answering every question thoughtful. We didn’t feel rushed or forced to make conversation just because we were the only ones there. We will be back to get more things in the future.
Spent $30 on a transformer for the lights in our doll only house to find the same one at hobby lobby for $13. Found the same bathroom set they were selling for $22 at hobby lobby for $11. Found a power strip for $5 cheaper at hobby lobby too. Basically, just go to hobby lobby or Michael’s instead. This store has some cool stuff but after seeing the prices compared I can’t recommend this place.
Very friendly and a lot to choose from. Husband had a long conversation with the man behind the counter while I shopped.
Pretty disappointed in the customer service. We drive 2 hours to this location and the male employee didn’t greet us, ask us if we needed any help. When we left my husband said goodbye and he didn’t even acknowledge us. As a newbie I was hoping to get help on scaling and electrical, but unfortunately I left with a bad taste in my mouth
