Great facility. Love the flooring for working with the dogs.
Walked in, person who was "watching the front" came out and instantly started screaming at dogs. One snuck through the gate and the employee then smacked the dog very hard and yelled at it and shoved it back through the gate. Grabbed our dog and turned around. Glad we didn't leave him there with an employee like that. She was an older woman with grey hair. Absolutely will never come back.
I was there for less than one minute before I witnessed an attendant hit a dog. The dogs were left unattended until the employee realized I was there. Definitely will never bring my dog to this location. How horrifying.
I can feel good about bringing my dogs here and know that we are all in good hands. The staff is well-trained and knowledgeable and truly care about dogs. I've had two dogs in their beginning (Start Right) program, and one in agility. Because of their training, my dogs have EXCELLENT recall which may have already saved one dog's life when he got out of the gate and headed for the street! I was able to call him back immediately. Thank you My Dogs Gym!
