That old male doctor is very arrogant and disrespectful to patient’s privacy.
I went to this urgent care for stomach pain that I’ve dealt with on and off for years. I explained to the doctor that my symptoms are related to too little stomach acid, which I’m familiar with, but he completely ignored what I was saying. Instead, he prescribed a proton pump inhibitor, which lowers stomach acid even more…the opposite of what I needed. It was very frustrating to feel dismissed and not listened to.
