I had an excellent experience at My Denture Place, Hervey Bay. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very professional. I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. I had a new partial denture made. It needed an adjustment after the first fitting. The next appointment I still wasn’t completely happy but didn’t want to appear too picky by pointing out the front teeth were still flatter than I had expected but thought I could be happy with it. I did not go back as I felt uncomfortable doing so as it was probably not just a minor adjustment to make a small change in the appearance of the teeth.
