I love Dr. Reza and his team! They are super accommodating with appointments, when available - even reaching out to me when they have cancellations to get me in earlier for my appointments. Their office is super clean and welcoming, with XRay machines in each room so I don’t even have to leave my chair. The cleanings and exams are as quick as possible and the staff and doctors are all really kind and genuine. They make sure I understand if there are any problems before I leave. Unfortunately, I had to see a periodontist due to not taking care of myself sooner. I met with Dr. Sastiel for a consultation alongside Dr. Reza, and I can honestly say the way they made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained everything put me completely at ease. I had an incredible experience at My Dentist in Bakersfield. I came in for an extraction, and the entire process was the best and most comfortable dental visit I’ve ever had. They started with a thorough X-ray and CT scan, and for someone who usually struggles, there was absolutely no gagging at all. Dr. Moghbel and his staff are friendly, they listen to your concerns, and are patient in explaining your treatment plan. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful with scheduling your appointments and sending reminders. The hygienist is friendly and puts you at ease while taking x-rays. I have never had a bad experience with all the years going to my dentist. I always feel very welcomed and greeted. I could say this for my own experience that Dr. Reza and the people around him care a lot about their patients and love what they do. They always treat me like family every time I go in
