Doctor and dental assistant were very kind and knowledgeable!
They ended up billing my cleaning wrong and told me I owed 222 when it was billed incorrectly, it was difficult to tell the billing department that it is wrong. They told me it was correct when it wasn’t. I ended up getting it fixed after digging around and finding more proof but if I didn’t have a trusted individual look over my bill and insurance I would have been overcharged. Heartbreaking they couldn’t be upfront with there uncertainty like I sensed and I should have listened to my gut.
Prices were great. Everyone was friendly, the environment was super relaxing. This will be our dentist moving forward, already setting an appointment for my hubby. Highly recommend, very impressed.
