I called this morning to inquire about the type of insurance that Dr. Dinga accepts. If unfriendliness displayed by the young lady answering the phone is indicative of the level of service expected, I will continue searching for a dentist. The young lady who answered the phone did not appear very friendly; she was rather curt and short with her answers. She did not provide her name; however, I did provide mine and asked my question. Everyone in the office is so helpful and friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I had a very bad experience as a child. I do however go to the dentist twice a year or as otherwise necessary. Recently, I had to have a crown. Dr. Dinga took extreme caution with me and I really didn't feel anything. Of Course, Terri his dental assistant is always great giving the best advice and taking notice of my anxiety.
I don't altogether trust them anymore at Bluebonnet Dental. Once when Dr. Dinga's predecessor Dr. Najafi was in charge, the hygienist recommended a $500 mouth guard that I would have never used. She said I gnash my teeth at night without knowing it. A couple years ago she pointed to a red dot in my mouth and recommended a $25 oral cancer screening. Google it -- there's no evidence that such screenings even work. Last week, Dr. Dinga's hygienist recommended a $42 antibiotics injection for inflammation, where I can't feel any ... read more
Always friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr. Dinga was very professional with a joke here and there. He truly lightened the mood while I was nervous at the dentist... he was fast and efficient and he even got me in for a same day tooth extraction and did a marvelous job!! The entire staff was amazing but Jocelyne was the most helpful and she went above and beyond at her job!
Great people doing a great job. Very friendly and nice. They make you feel at home.
I love this new Dentist at Bluebonnet Dentist. He is personable very thorough and explains exactly what needs to be done, and why. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Dinga is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. He explains everything in words that you can understand. He staff are very friendly as well.
