Pre-Covid, or around two+ years ago, i switched from a decent dentist of a decade; to the dental team at My Dentist for discounted cash pricing, the then older reasonable reception staff and the dentist (one of two) all seemed top notch. 2021-New staff. Lots of problems. Prices raised. Not giving itemized receipts showing discounts, and unprofessional behavior by staff both on phone and in person.
