The receptionist was of great value as she explained the services of care to me. With each explanation I felt at ease with her competency to explain how they asissited each individual patient but in the end I decided to make an appointment with a provider who could extend indivudualized service to meet my particular because I have greater needs than just immediate dentures and a hard to fit lower bridge.
Just left there today 11/26/24. Horrible dentist - awesome caring dental assistant though - I would give Madison a crown for putting up with that guy! She explained everything and spent a lot of time with me. HE, Kevin W. Pierce - and I will NOT call him doctor pierce because 1) He did nothing to earn that title today and 2) he shows zero compassion, nor does he give a flip about his patients. Pre-Covid, or around two+ years ago, i switched from a decent dentist of a decade; to the dental team at My Dentist for discounted cash pricing, the then older reasonable reception staff and the dentist (one of two) all seemed top notch. 2021-New staff. Lots of problems. Prices raised. Not giving itemized receipts showing discounts, and unprofessional behavior by staff both on phone and in person.
