Only went 2 times and they charged me for a fluoride treatment which I never requested nor received. When I asked them what the charge was for they said it was my copay. I told them I don't have a copay, but they insisted that it was a copay so I paid it both times. I saw on my insurance that it was for fluoride, not a copay, so I called them to get a refund and they said they'd send me a check. They never did so I disputed the charge on my credit card. If I could give 0 star, I WOULD, as I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience at this dental clinic. I booked an appointment for a routine cleaning. However, during my visit, multiple additional procedures were performed without clearly explaining them to me or asking for my proper consent beforehand. What’s even more frustrating is that after the appointment, I was told everything was “GOOD TO GO” and covered by my insurance. There was NO MENTION of any out-of-pocket costs.
