Incompetence at its finest! I took my laptop to this shop on a Friday and they told me it needed a new hard drive and my files would be saved. They said they would order it and that I would have it no later than the following Wednesday.I waited til Wednesday to call, and when I did he then said the hard drive have not arrived yet but my files were "already downloaded to their server" and saved.
