Poor bed side manner and lack of prescribing chlorhexidine mouth wash or antibiotics after multiple extractions. Patient was already on the edge of insanity and then they hand her two tiny pranks of gauze like that was going to do anything to stop the bleeding.
I have concerns, this being one of the few dentists that accept Medicaid, that they are trying to get away with rudeness and lack of accountability. I made a complaint at the Allegan office that the tooth they filled continued to hurt, several times over the course of several months. They were not considerate and rude to me for being upset, and when I filed a complaint they tried to flip it and say it was I who was being disrespectful.
