My visit was great!! My hygienist was very good. She was professional, and knowledgeable and she did a great job cleaning my teeth. I would definitely recommend My Community Dental.
The Front Desk Staff was nice and respectful as well as the Dentist/DR we had So far and first impressions are very important for me so that was a great experience I will definitely recommend to family and friends (:
Dentist seems to always change. They have made mistake with appointment regularly. They canceled my appointment twice and never called to tell me. Also I am disabled and needed help to get from my car to the office and they told me they don't do that sort of thing. I don't know what the big deal is to push a wheelchair from a car to the office. I have been coming here for years. Never once have I seen the same dentist twice. Seems like this is the first stop out of dental school for most. They charged me for a crown, which I willingly paid for. I work in a dental office, so I decided to pull up my insurance, and crowns are covered at 100%, and there was no predetermination ran for treatment needed.
