Unprofessional and inconsistent service. This office has a high turnover rate, so every visit brings a new face—making consistent care impossible. Beth, the front desk attendant, is rude and dismissive, especially if you ask about costs or treatment options. Upset her, and she may even refuse to schedule your appointment. When I asked the dentist about a plan to save my teeth, her response was shockingly unhelpful: "The plan is that you'll lose them." That’s not advice—it’s negligence. Avoid this place at all costs.
Horrible experience they don't listen to you only worried how much they can bill insurance for.
I enjoyed my visit even tho I had 3 cavities! They filled them too! Shannon was super nice and fun to talk to. Doc was caring every step of the way which helped me in the dental process!! Today I had my cleaning appointment and usually I had 9/10 customer service but today wasn’t a good one. The lady that cleaned my teeth seemed nice and everything but throughout cleaning process she was very rough with my teeth and at one point I even made a sound that it hurt in one area. I could see a bit of blood on the napkin. Yes, I do realize that bleeding cannot be avoided at times, but I felt like she was rushing through and didn’t make sure I was comfortable.
