I’m a custom to a 10 minute grace period for doctor and dentist appointments not 5. They expect the patient to be on time and not have any issues. When them theirselves are not all the time. Sometimes things happen out of your control. They have canceled me the time of my appointment before. I was sitting outside the office. Getting ready to walk in. I took off work, miss pay. Appointments messed up on their end, appointment reminders sent out wrong, and even when they said they would hold the appointment due to picking ip my child from school, they gave it to someone else and made us wait. They act like they don’t care. Will be finding a new dentist. PLACE NOT RECOMMEND!
