They said that ‘they had to take xray’s’ even though we just wanted a clean. It was just a way that they could get more money from the health insurance company.
Scammers… I paid for the scaling and they did half of the job leaving the below teeth uncleaned as she doesn’t have time to do it. She wasted time in talking instead of providing the service. Hardly 15 mins she did the scaling then asked me to do another paid booking and left me half teeth untouched. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
Like alot of people don't like going to the dentist but highly recommend this one . My experience was comfortable and very happy with the results. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Looking forward to my next visit.
