I took my son in to see Dr. Jeffords this afternoon. He was supposed to get three teeth extracted; however, he was hysterical about the procedure and was very difficult to calm down. Ms. Castillo and Dr. Jeffords were so patient with him...answering questions and explaining things so calmly without ever trying to rush him or get frustrated. We decided to only extract the main problem tooth considering how difficult my son was being. After about 45 minutes in the room the tooth finally came out. Dr. Jeffords and her staff are wonderful!! I take my triplet grandchildren to her and they actually look forward to going to the dentist. Her gentle bedside manner instills calm in the children and her staff enjoys educating the grandkids on caring for their teeth. I highly recommend My Child's Dentist for pediatric dental care.
Dr. Jeffords is amazing. Not only did she take wonderful care of our son, she took care of us as parents--the bedside manner we experienced by her and the rest of the staff was superior. Can't recommended them enough!
