Eduardo (Eddie) in the service department is arrogant, rude and condescending. Instead of listening to concerts about my brand new vehicle and investigating them he instead suggested nothing was actually wrong and if something was wrong - it was due to “how I drive the car” or because I didn’t take care of my vehicle correctly - all before he even looked at the vehicle. I made an appointment for service, which was prepaid when the car was bought. Come back to pick up the car and they haven’t even touched it. Don’t buy a service plan! Once they get your money, they could care less and there is nothing you can do about it. When I look at replacing my Silverado, it won’t be with a truck sold at My Chevrolet.

Service was excellent in the Svc. Dept. Parts Dept and the cashier! Everyone was professional. while waiting for my vehicle to get serviced I went out and looked at cars on the lot and had a great conversation with Israel. we talked old school Chevy's. very nice man.

Been trying to get my wife to test drive Tahoe, walked the whole lot and not a salesperson in sight. I know we’re supposed to be social distancing but this was ridiculous

very friendly and great costumer service
MY Chevrolet service department provides horrible service! First they did a repair on our truck that should’ve been covered by a recall and charged us for it! Then when we left, the check engine light came on and we had to tow it back to them for them to fix, which took them two days! We have been trying to contact Carlos the Service Manager to get the status of our repair reimbursement but he won’t answer our calls! This place is a Joke!
