My first experience with 3D ultrasound. The personnel made it a wonderful experience. The nurse was very informative and professional. She explained the procedure as it was being done and answered all my questions. I would recommend my Carol in a baby to anyone who is interested in seeing their baby in 3D.
I went in for a gender reveal at 16 weeks and was told we was having a BOY. We had a gender reveal party the following week.. This pass Friday 12-16-16 (20 weeks pregnant) went to my doctor and was told we are having a GIRL!! We was so upset and called My Carolina Baby, and they acted like they didn't care at all... I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there at all!! Poor customer service, I hate we ever went there.. I WISH I COULD GIVE HALF A STAR!!!!!!!!! OH, but we did receive a refund check yesterday and the mail. NO SORRY ... read more
I had a wonderful experience today, the staff is absolutely amazing! They took their time and made sure I was comfortable the whole appointment. Anyone looking to get this done I highly recommend My Carolina Baby!!!!
I had such a wonderful experience! The staff was very friendly, and helpful keeping my boys entertained during the ultrasound so that I could relax and enjoy seeing baby girl. The room was beautiful, and had a great set up for families to view the ultrasound (and toys for the kids to play with). The images on the CD turned out wonderful, and made it easy to share with extended family.
The staff were very friendly and professional! The images we so clear and precious! I didn't feel like It was rushed or like they were trying to get me in and out, they actually cared! I really enjoyed My appointment.
I loved the place and the ladies were so friendly !!! Thanks for the patience and smiles !!!
