The worst experience ever! The staff at the front desk clearly don’t care about customer service. I called ahead to let them know I would be late because of traffic, and I was told that I had a 10-minute grace period. I arrived only 15 minutes late and apologized, but they were still unwilling to help me. The lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing. I will never come back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely the worst experience!
Extremely disappointing experience and very poor communication. I’m extremely disappointed with how this salon handled my gift card. I called the salon in the morning because I wanted to check the balance on my gift card before making the drive over. I specifically asked if they could check the balance for me, and the person who answered the phone told me that the only way to check the balance was to physically come into the salon. Marchella was wonderful. She took her time and did a wonderful blow out.
100% recommend! Was my first time here, as I have heard of this salon all the time from friends and family and have drove by it maybe one thousand times. They were quick, efficient, fairly priced, and the ladies who work there are such caring people. Stephanie did my hair and can only say amazing comments about her, as a person, and her work. Brenda, the manager, was so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon, you won’t be upset. I’m so glad I went- this is is my new go to!
I love this Salon, every time I go I get an amazing result and they’re leave my hair soooo clean and soft. All the hairstyles here are so good and last all day! And they’re so nice and respectful too. Way better than other blow out salon I’ve been too.
