Awesome awesome awesome shop! They have a HUGE selection and fair prices! My pups got to shop with me, and the owner had a bunch of pups in the store too! Can't wait to stop in again.

Whenever I travel, I rarely do so without my dogs, so I always research local pet shops before I go anywhere to make sure I'll be able to find things for them if needed. What a gem! Banner Elk is small so I was a little skeptical but this place is so cute. The woman working was very friendly and helpful. Great town. Great store.
Love the shop, Sarah (the dog) always gives me hugs. Get all my dogs food there.
Excellent customer service. Always lots of a healthy food selection. Many accessories to choose from. Ask for Erika-she is great, friendly, and extremely helpful. I live out of town and continue to order goodies from her shop. NO complaints-just compliments.
