I’ve been to Jacqueline a few times, and she never disappoints! My lashes always look flawless, they last and she’s super sweet! Highly recommend her!
Simply tried to schedule an appointment, she then reached out to me with an attitude and a condescending tone, while I asked questions about a service listed on her site she snapped, canceled my appointment mid sentence and implied that I already called her the day before and she already explained herself the day before (??? Never called before, and never even heard of her salon until I inquired) also why do you have availability and services listed on your site if in fact- you are not available and discontinuing services? I went in for lash extensions and tried a new style I believe is called “wet lashes.” It’s absolutely beautiful and so classy. I had a wonderful experience with the owner, Jacquelyn—she’s funny, kind, and incredibly talented. Two days later I returned for a spray tan, which was flawlessly done with stunning results. Overall, the experience was amazing. Jacquelyn is truly a girl’s girl: she wants you to look and feel your best, and it shows in her exceptional work.
