They "forgot" to record the ultrasound, so we didn't get the DVD we paid for. All they did was refund the money for the DVD. The owner sent me an email asking what could be better and I told her what happened and I didn't get a response. We definitely won't be back. The place was nice, but the people that run it are shady. Obviously trying to make me pay for a whole session to come back in order to get a DVD I should have received the first time.

Amazing customer service and super nice. A clean and calm environment where my husband, little boy, and and got to find out we are having a girl! Would recommend to all!!!!
