Edit : Although it's been some years, this Google review just showed up on my timeline, so here we go as to why I changed my review ! Back in 2018 or so maybe "17 , I bought a 2012 crown vic from this guy and although I gave him an excellent review at first after sometime when I needed the oil changed the mechanic I went to said they couldn't change the oil because guess what !
