They are very rude and narcissistic. They also try to do very shady things hoping you wont notice or question. They dont seem to know about damage and safety concerns on vehicles they are trying to sell. And they also charge you if you want anything repair on the vehicle before you buy it. And they charge you hundreds of dollars to do cheap repairs that anyone could do better themselves. I feel that they push push push and push to me ! To buy a car that I cannot afford, now I owe $70,000 usd for a car that again I cannot afford and even the cost is close to $70k , I feel that they completely took advantage of me!! I bought a new car. At my 15k service, they said I needed new tires. Around my 20k service, my tire pressure was low and I could not get the caps off so I brought it in. They tell me again, that my tires need to be replaced. I questioned why they had not put air in the tires as my pressure had not changed and they couldn't get the caps off. We have purchased 2 new Subarus and had service at the business which has been a pleasant experience. The reason for not giving 5 stars is from our recent purchase. At the date of the paper signing, we were presented with extended warranty programs, explained by the finance person which we perceived we understood and signed for 3. Later at home going over all of the papers in detail, we determined that 2 warranties were not wanted, the finance person (Greg) took care of the changes.
