This is a long overdue review. Our first few days into our then new home was quite unique and awful. We moved into our new home on the hottest day of the year. The AC units had failed. We called them with zero response. We tried all their lines including their emergency line. We ended up getting a hotel for the first 3 days. They finally responded late Monday afternoon and were like oh yea… well send someone over. No apology, no hey let me help cover your hotel stay for your family of 5 and 2 dogs.
