This place is so awsome! Not only did they come out and fix our refrigerator that had multiple problems causing the ice maker to not work, which was fixed in only two visits, one of the techs showed up at my place of work a couple days later stating he appreciated our business so much he decided to patronize my business in return. Whose employees actually care that much to do stuff like that? Almost no ones. Appliance source must have a great workplace environment to cultivate employees like this. I was directed to use this company from a co-worker who had good experience with them. Unfortunately, I had the opposite. The diagnostic fee doesn’t apply to any work, which they were upfront about. Bummer, but let’s still get this washer fixed, so I proceeded. The first trip, not only was it not fixed but the diagnosis was almost a week delay to come back. In too deep now, so yes let’s fix it. We bought a new Stove from them. They had it in stock so there was no waiting and they were super friendly and helpful. My parents had bought a dishwasher there before and they really like the crew at My appliance store. I do too for that matter. KCHK advertising for the win!
