I came here to buy local. Had to replace my stove that shorted out. At first, I thought it was a good experience. My only real gripe was I set my install for the afternoon and they showed up at like 9am while I was sleeping as I do shift work. The stove I bought did have warnings about a flimsy storage drawer. Best place to buy appliances! We like that it’s family owned and has that small town feeling. We’ve had Al out on multiple occasions to do repairs on various appliances and he is the best! He always has a smile on his face and is super friendly! The staff at My Appliance Source are very knowledgeable, courteous and go above and beyond for their customers!
Chase and Jason helped me get a part for my washer after hours of the parts department. They went outta their way to make it happen and get my washer back up and going. Customer service and willingness to help like that is rare now a days. I will bring my business back there in the future.
