I have a Viking 5 Series 30 Inch Pro-Style Gas Range. I have been very happy with it since My wife and I purchased it a few years back. Great service very professional company! They fixed my Maytag refrigerator and the price was very reasonable. My Maytag Model is MBF 2258XEW3. I have been annoyed with this refrigerator for quite some time. More often than not the food in the refrigerator would form ice crystals forcing me to up the temp. Then the freezer would not be cold enough so I would be forced to lower the temp again. I called My Appliance Repair Houston and they fixed everything right up. Great job guys! Bad experience.. $195 service call, then they try to hit you with a $2,000 repair charge which included $950 in labor. Really...... Best part was saying I needed to replace all four stovetop burner igniters when only one was not working. Then I looked at it closely and noticed some grease on the igniter. Scraped it away and it worked again. Thanks guys......
Did not fix our issue and is now hanging up on us when we try to call and have them come back out. We paid them our money and now they are silent without fixing the issue.
