Do not use this company its a scam. Charged $65.00 service fee and did not have the part. I was told we will contact you with the complete charge afterwards. Called back with a quote over $300.00 for a $49.99 part. Called supervisor never received a phone call back.
Not a great a experience at all, failed to show up for the scheduled time. Reached out and I did not get a response. No apology for the no show or offer to make a new appointment. I give you credit for reaching out initially in a timely manner, but unfortunately they failed to deliver. DON’T USE

I scheduled my appointment the day before, took off work to sit and wait for the service tech to show up! When I called after 1.5 - 2 hours of waiting I was told the Service Tech had vehicle problems and they asked if I could reschedule! Don’t waste your time with a company that doesn’t understand customer service! ���

We called this company to get our fridge fixed. They called a provider in our area (Done Brite) to come fix. This guy came out and attempted to fix the fridge. We paid the service fee ($65) plus a charge to fix it ($313.88). The fridge gave the same error message 1 hour later. We called Done Brite (Bobby) back and could not get in touch with him.
