No one responds to calls or emails from the 6 clueless case managers(high turnover), lawyers [E.Jackson] to the COO [N.Smith] (Ladies will ignore you and are nonresponsive in corrective actions)...(1 passionate case manager💯).. They took 60% of what was left after the bills and giving F- service and Ineffective counsel..If you don't agree with the settlement or neglectful service they'll put a lien against the $ and strong arm you with no communication just letters and liens..Stay away from these 🤡 and headaches, get some ... read more

I would not recommend this firm.i have wasted 3 months and did not achieve anything positive. Lack of communication. I think they Lack experience.
