They are always quick to get you taken care of.
They handled all elements of my x-ray needs. They coordinated the buildout, the move, and the set up of my new DR system in my brand new office. Their planning and communication with me throughout the process was one of the bright spots of moving our office. I would highly recommend using them for any of your x-ray needs.
Terrible company to work with, avoid at all cost.
I've worked with MXR at different veterinary hospitals over the years, and have always found them to be helpful and reliable. My most recent experience was with Michael, who helped us with a foot pedal for our x-ray table; turns out that we were sent the wrong model of pedal (not by MXR - they were asked to perform the physical repair after the part arrived), but Michael was able to remove damaged cable from the old pedal to get us back up and running the same day, even without a replacement... he told me where I could get t... read more
