Mark was very responsive (always refreshing) and clear in what was required to repair an old carved carnelian ring in a gold bezel setting which had been worn very thin. The entire setting was weakened and rather than avoid the hard work of the repair and encouraging an entire re-set, Mark did what he could to build up the existing setting and did his best to contain costs for me, which also is refreshing and much appreciated! Mark is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. You can tell he’s very passionate about what he does and takes pride in his work. He cleaned, repaired, and fortified my wife’s enhancement ring, and let me tell you what: that ring looks better than the day I bought it. I was in need of having a ring that belonged to my mother repaired. The gold band was bent and could not be worn without being repaired. For a gift I requested that this ring be repaired so that I could wear it.
