UNDEPENDABLE! We hire MWJ to install a HVAC system. While still under the warranty period, the furnce died on very cold winter evening. Placed about a dozen calls to Mark asking for help and he failed to return the calls. We were forced to get a new contractor to come in and he determined that the installation was incorrect and the furnace element had burned out. The scariest part was that they recorded carbon monoxide levels over 6,500 ppm, which is exponentially greater than normal conditions of about 100 PPM. MWJ put my f... read more
