Innovative design to be completed in the fall of 2013 with the addition of a ground floor restaurant in 2014. The property name is MW8, which was created by owners Steve Masters and Tim Weiskind of Master's Equity, hence the MW and this is their 8th project.

Dustin made our move in process very rough and tried to charge us $200 to clean our apartment BEFORE we even moved in. The previous tenants did not clean at all and left a bunch of things that my other roommate had to get rid of themselves because Dustin didn’t even do a walkthrough before we moved in. (6 cartons of expired eggs in the fridge!!!) Our couch and chair were torn to shreds and we had to contact him 4 times to finally get them removed. Good place to live. Close to food and public transportation. Management is kind and will work with you to the best of their abilities to assist with any issues.
After staying at the MW8 for the school year, I think it's a great place for PSU students to live especially since it's right on campus and is fully furnished ready for anyone to just move in. There's a lot of food options around from restaurants to food trucks. The apartment doesn't have it's own parking space but this area is very walkable if you need to go somewhere. The management team, led by Dustin, is outstanding. They are informative, patient, and attentive, and it is clear that they genuinely care about how we live here. My maintenance requests receive prompt attention and are handled properly. It definitely demonstrates their attention to detail and understanding of customer service when Dustin or another staff member frequently follows up to ensure the project was completed.
