Edit: Coming back to edit this review cause it’s just that bad! Dustin tried withholding my secuirty deposit after he told me that I would get it fully refunded since i left a bad review. Once again I had to remind him my own legal rights which are that unless list the issues I left behind in my room he needs to provide me my deposit after 30 days. 3rd time I had to correct him of my rights which is not Ok at all for a property manager, please be aware! The place is comfortable with a tv and couch lobby. The managers are fun to chat with. It’s definitely a safer location than mid-downtown Portland!
Dreadful place to end up. Property Manager is horrible. Everytime I've asked for his help he has been worthless several times demeaning, patronizing , and rude. He tried to tell me noises being made in the middle of the night by rude upstairs tenants weren't coming from them but somewhere else in the building after telling me I was delusional. First off, I’ve lived at the Mw8 for nearly 3 years, in twodifferent units. What follows is my lengthyreview and advice for people moving in. *Apartments are safe. It takes a key to get into each level and to my knowledge there have been zero assaults or burglaries, *Dustin, the building manager, is awesome. He is Direct but sincere. *Elevators are large and fast. You won't find yourself waiting long for an elevator. *Water Pressure is excellent. My son has been studying at PCU since 2023, and when he first moved to Portland, I was worried about where he would live. Fortunately, once we arrived at MN8 Apartments, everything changed. The manager, Dastin, was incredibly kind and helpful. He made the process simple and found a room that suited my son’s needs perfectly. Since then, my son has been very comfortable living there.
