I hate to give a bad review without even having an appointment, but I am very frustrated. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient and I got a confirmation email with the date and time and to arrive 20 minutes prior to my appointment. I did so and when I arrived, they told me I did not have an appointment. I was very confused as I showed the front desk person, my email that I received.
