Thoroughly enjoy this place. Clean and efficiently placed machine which are maintained beautifully and cleaned often! Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. There older people here (99!) and they are watched carefully. They help the physically challenged with professionalism. In the classes, they explain why we are doing what we are doing and correct us gently. Very helpful!! Great job!

Amazing! Dropped in from out of town for several days, coming from a Crossfit workout setting. This gym has EVERYTHING you could need to get any kind of workout in, super friendly and helpful staff, and tons of space and equipment. Even during peak hours, still much availability of popular items. Clean and bright, and members were incredibly welcoming. Will absolutely drop in when in town again!
I love MVP!! I never thought I would like going to a gym, but this one is great! Love all the instructors and people that I work out with!!!
