I had my First Procedure there back in August of 2021 and from the Time I walked through The Doors I was Treated As Royalty.It was my first time ever there.The Entire Staff Especially All The Nurses They took very good care of me And My Procedure went Extremely Well.Now I’m getting Ready to go back for my Second Procedure.I Fully Recommend for Everyone to get any Procedure You may need done come to MVP Specialist Center.
Hospital was locked when we got there, had to sit on front steps until we found someone to let us in. Elevators didn't work, had to wait until staff could come get us. Guard at front entrance was laying on couch in lobby final had to bang on window to let us in, very unprofessional will swill use different hospital next time.
The staff at MVP is amazing. They each treated me like a person not just a number. Surgery is difficult but the nurses, administrators, and the valet allowed me to feel secure and in good hands. Each person beyond "the job" to take care of me.
