Needed the stamped, tinted concrete around our pool area finished before a party. Original contractor promised to prep, pour and finish the concrete but never scheduled all year. We were down to just 2 weeks left before the party. Spoke with MVP and asked if they could help us out. They went out of their way to get the job done before our gathering, did it for a reasonable price, were excellent to work with did a nice job. We love our patio.
Scheduled an estimate two different days with the owner and the guy he scheduled didn't show up either day. No call, just blew it off.

Called 5/3 left message. Called back by Elias, scheduled appt for next day at 9 AM. They sent someone out named George, who showed up 15 minutes late. Walked the yard with, explained what I needed done and he said he needed to take some measurements for wall etc. Left without telling me any expectation on quote, I called same day told me he was working on it. Two days later, no response via email or text back.
