They make it so hard to reach them. Leave a message and they don’t return your call until you call back leaving a second or third message. Then you’ll get a call back. You can wait on hold to speak to someone for over 10 minutes and then the system just tells you no one is available and hangs up on you. Without the option of leaving a message. I’m thankful I have transferred my money from them
