Terrance and team were awesome! I began my search through billy etc, and after hundreds of emails to move my place I got an email from Gabriel, who sounded great. I trusted my instinct and It gained me such a pleasant experience. On Time: They showed up on time Saturday morning and didn't stop till it was all complete. I bought a heavy piece of furniture on Craigslist and these guys met me at the pick-up location on schedule. Punctual. They moved the furniture from a 2nd floor to another 2nd floor, driving time to the drop-off was about 20 min, everything was done within the hour. Perfect for my lunch hour, and I returned to work immediately after. Great job guys! Pricing was reasonable. Overall, very helpful, friendly, and hard working. We lived on the 4th floor, with no elevators, and the three guys that came out moved stuff down the stairs like champs. Nothing was damaged in the process. When the guys stopped for lunch (30mins), they did not bill us, which was nice. Although they were 10 minutes late, they called in advance to let us know that traffic was holding them back. The guys that came out were Very professional. I would recommend MVP for any move.

I used MVP for my move yesterday and I am so happy with their high quality service. The movers were prompt, courteous and true professionals. I still can't believe how quickly they were able to pack all of my stuff into the truck and get it to my new place. They were quick but very careful. All of the furniture was wrapped and protected and once at my new place, the movers managed to bring big furniture through tight spaces without scratching or denting anything. I would not hire MVP Movers again. The movers showed up an hour and a half late on moving day. Initially, they started out with 5 guys loading the truck and when they ended up at the new location to unload the truck, they were down to 2. It took over 3 hours to move all the furniture in and then trying to pay for the move was a nightmare because the moving guys did not know how to use the credit card machine so we drove all over town trying to find somewhere to get a money order on a Saturday since they would not take a chec... read more

I have had a very bad experience with this moving company. They were extremely negligent and that resulted in so many of my furniture being damaged. They did not rape the furniture so it got scratched and dented. We are still trying to get some damages claim paid and to this day have not received communication. I do not recommend this company I am so sorry we hired them. I have contacted them for damages and they mentioned they sent a check out, they could not tell me the amount. MVP Moving were very kind and helpful. They moved all of my belongings carefully and nothing was broken. The final moving costs were right in the ballpark of what they estimated, which was nice. I think they did a great job reassuring me that everything would work out. I was nervous and I'm glad that things worked out as well as they did.

They were fast and efficient. They helped me with the date of the move. They moved everything quickly and without a mark on any of my walls. They didn't need any special equipment and all my furniture didn't have any scratches or 'nicks'. They helped me rearrange my furniture and gave me a good deal. They are my 'go to' moving company from now on

I had never hired movers before these guys, so I really don't have any points of comparison aside from all of the times I've moved myself (which is at least 10). However, I do know that they were courteous, friendly and professional and they got the job done better than I would have for a very reasonable price.
