I call here to make an appointment as a new patient. The person who was taking my information was rude. And sound as bother.
The MVP/Arbor Group has been the best staff from the admin to my PA Whoopie who has educated me and been apart of the process of medical care for child since he was year old. My kiddo always looks forward to see the dr and wonderful medical assistants who answer all his questions about what and why? I am convince they have influenced his curiosity about the medical field. I use to really like this office but ever since they changed to arbor medical, i can never get throught to anyone to make an appointment and when I did get though, i told the scheduling person and she made it sound like i was lying im definitely going to have to find a new pediatrician.
