If I could give 0 stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism from this company is unbelievable. I contracted with them to do a roof repair from wind damage. They came out and looked at the roof On 2 occasions. They took pictures. They had me sign a contract. And then nothing. They would not respond to my text, emails, or voice messages. They did not finalize the quote that my insurance company has been waiting for since August. I am now looking for a new roofing contractor as this guy Derek just doesn't return your calls.... read more
MVP was great to work and they saved us a ton of money. We called them due to wind damage to our roof and they were able to get it fully covered by our insurance company. They handled all of the leg work and communication with our insurance company and updated us along the way. The work was great and clean, we highly recommend using them!
We signed a contract back in January and are still waiting for a simple response about the next steps. I have made several attempts to contact and have been blown off every time for two months! Worried we are getting majorly screwed over!
Great experience with MVP Home Specialists! I've used a couple other roofers in the past and the quality of the work and customer service was nowhere close to the experience I had with MVP. Derek and his team know what they are doing. Highly recommend!
Derek knocked on my door after noticing some storm damage on the exterior of my home. He provided a thorough consult of how the damages would be fixed and how my insurance company would be responsible for covering the costs. My portion of the cost was nothing more than my deductible. My situation was also unique because we put our house on the market and moved unexpectedly while the insurance claim was still open.
